Paying-it-forward to keeping kids in school 

Anscel wouldn’t exist without the generous charity of the “angels” that responded to Cecilia’s call for support. 

It seems only natural to continue to pay-it-forward as part of our business. That’s why we have chosen a charity that is near and dear to our hearts called Chalice. As a mother, Cecilia feels it’s essential to provide for her children and support their education. Too often, children in impoverished regions must skip class or drop out of school to carry water, care for siblings, or earn money for their families. 

Chalice supports children to overcome the obstacles that get in the way of their education.  Part of that support includes supporting families so they can provide nutritious food and better care for their children. Children are selected for sponsorship based on need and family circumstances, regardless of race, age, ability, gender, or religion. Education gives children the chance to shine; we believe every child should get that opportunity.

It’s Anscel’s aim to sponsor 100 children through this program, so when you purchase a handbag, a portion of the profits goes to this good cause.
